officer in the Ministry of Agriculture and as an international consultant in rural development, agricultural and economic projects.

Ms. Shamshoum has worked for more than twenty years with a variety of businesses, NGOs, and media outlets providing management, administrative assistance and accounting.
Ms. Lina Zoubi Chief Editor of “Almuzare” Magazine, and Ahali technichal publications editor.
Ms. Zoubi is graduated from the University of Haifa with a B.A in statistics and sociology. She also graduated from the Goren Center for Arts in Afula studying Graphics and Painting. She has 3 years of experience within the
field of research in Haifa University.
Mr. Wadea’ Ghazawe Director - Ahali’s office in Baqa Al-Garbia.NationalCoordinator, Arab Farmers’ Program.
Mr. Ghazawi has a diploma in water and land engineering, also a diploma in industrial management. He has 12 years of experience in working with farmers and biological and organic agriculture.
Ms. Nayrouz Abu Hatoum Coordinator, Equal Opportunities for Rural Women Program & PR, Southern
Triangle Region.
Ms. Abu Hatoum holds a bachelor from the Hebrew University in
Sociology and Anthropology. She also holds a Master in Social Anthropology and a
Diploma in Migration and Refugee Studies from York University, Toronto, Canada.
Ms Abu Hatoum has a lot of work experience in community building in non
governmental organizations as well as academic research.
Ms. Sanaa Zreik-Saleh Coordinator, Women Development Program.
Ms. Zreik-Saleh holds a bachelor
degree from the Hebrew University in Sociology and Anthropology and a Master in
Education Counseling from Derby University. She also has a lengthy experience
working both in governmental and with non governmental organizations on issues
related to community organizing, women and youth leadership.
Mr. Ibrahem Al - Atayka Ahali’s office Coordinator in Naqab Region, Arab Farmers’ Program.
Mr. Al- Atayka is a High School agricultural graduated and well known social leader in the Naqab. A farmer himself, he grows roses in Green houses,
field crops and is also a livestock farmer.
Mr. Ahmed Meari Coordinator, Galilee Region, Arab Farmers’ Program.
Mr. Meari graduated from the high Agricultural School. He has more than 35 years of experience in fruit trees research in Acre’s region. Mr. Meari himself is a farmer who grows
avocado, vegetables, field crops and honey grower.
Mr. Sobhi Sghiar National Coordinator, Parents as Partners in Education Program & Organizing and Empowering Small Enterprises Program.
Mr. Sghiar graduated from the Hebrew university school of nursing. He is a former board member in Ittijah (Union of Arab Community Based Organizations), and Mossawa (the Advocacy Center for Arab Citizens of Israel).
